“Sometimes when I’m scripting, I’ll use three lines to describe some small item in a scene. I’ll have a very vivid picture of it in my head and obsess about the details in the script, as I attempt to give the artist that same vivid picture in his head through my written words. I’ll take a step back, look at the number of characters I’ve put in my Word document to explain myself, then say, ‘Wait a minute. I’m an artist. I’ll just freakin’ draw it.’ So here you go, several elements from LADY DEATH #6 which took less time to draw than it did trying to find the words to describe them.”
